Who is responsible for your information?

What we collect and why
When you enquire, we collect your name, business name, email, optional phone number, business type, requested service and any details you choose to provide. We also record the submission time, a request reference and advertising campaign labels present in the page URL. We use this information to respond, assess your requirements, prepare a quote and understand which campaigns lead to relevant enquiries.
For individuals requesting services, our basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract. For contacts enquiring on behalf of a business and basic campaign measurement, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and understanding our marketing. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form.
Free website previews
To create the concept you request, we store your name, email address, phone number, business name, service descriptions, town or area, industry, visual preference, website priorities and campaign labels. The contact-first quiz saves your details as a preview request before showing the concept. Andrii may use them to discuss your website. Clicking Make this your website records your separate request to take the website further. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Your supplied business contact details appear inside the concept, so use details you are happy to show to anyone with the preview link. Do not include sensitive information or private client details. You confirm you are authorised to create the concept. The generated URL is unguessable, but anyone with that URL and access to the site can view it. It is not an authenticated private vault and is not a live business website.
Preview access expires after seven days. The contact-first flow also uses a necessary HttpOnly browser cookie for seven days to let only the creating browser confirm a website enquiry with its saved details. This cookie is not used for advertising or browsing analytics. Expired previews are deleted when accessed, and the operator clears expired records during regular maintenance. Expiry stops access immediately; physical cleanup may occur later. If you enquire about a preview, its business brief is retained with your enquiry under the enquiry retention period. Contact us to request earlier removal.
Optional usage measurement
We ask separately before measuring browsing steps. If you allow it, we store your choice on this device and a random measurement identifier for this browser session. We record events such as starting the quiz, viewing a preview, individual question views, completion, back navigation and validation errors, business category and campaign labels, without your form answers or contact details. We also measure coarse tap positions within named page blocks, block reach, scroll depth in ten-percent bands, device size category and active foreground time on blocks and quiz steps. Active time pauses after 30 seconds without interaction. We do not collect field contents, keystrokes, screen recordings, full DOM snapshots or activity inside example websites. Tap maps are normalised block diagrams, not recordings of your screen. These browsing measurements are stored in this site’s own storage and accessible only through the owner dashboard. Measurement events are used for product and funnel analysis, not advertising profiling, and expire after 30 days. Expired records are removed during operator maintenance. Use Privacy preferences to withdraw permission for future events; we do not send events before you opt in. Declining does not prevent preview creation or enquiries.
Operational preview and enquiry records are still needed to provide the service you request. For abuse prevention we keep short-lived request counters keyed by a daily hash of connection information, rather than a raw IP address. Those counters expire after two days and are removed during maintenance.
Storage and service providers
The site uses cloud hosting and Cloudflare infrastructure, with enquiry records stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. We access those records to respond to you. Email and telephone providers process communications when we reply. We do not sell enquiry information. Providers may process data outside the UK; relevant provider terms and applicable transfer safeguards govern that processing. Contact us for information about your specific record.
How long we keep it
Unconverted enquiry records are kept for up to six months from the last substantive contact, then deleted unless there is a documented reason to retain them. Client contracts, invoices and project records follow a separate retention schedule explained when we engage. Operational cleanup of enquiry storage is reviewed monthly.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests or request portability. Contact us using the email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics and Meta advertising measurement are optional and have separate controls in Privacy preferences. Meta Pixel loads only after you allow advertising measurement. It sends page views and an event after the server confirms an enquiry, without the name, email, phone number, business details or quiz answers you enter. Automatic advanced matching is disabled. Meta receives connection and device information, page addresses, and advertising cookie identifiers (such as _fbp and _fbc), and may associate events with your Meta account to measure and optimise advertising. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy, which explains its international processing and retention. We rely on your consent for this optional advertising measurement. Rejecting it does not affect the quiz or enquiry form. Your preferences are stored on this device; a first-party analytics session identifier is stored only if you allow analytics. You can change your choices at any time using Privacy preferences; withdrawal stops future optional events on this browser but does not recall information already sent to Meta. Hosting access and security features may use necessary cookies. The page requests fonts from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them. The hosting provider processes connection information for delivery and security; temporary in-memory rate limits use an IP address for up to ten minutes.
